Hello
My name is Jenna Lauren Greenberg. Initially, when entering college, I thought I had to choose functionality over passion. I decided to major in computer science, valuing its safeness for entering the work field whether specifically in stem or an unrelated field. When applying, I had hopes to minor in some sort of writing; however, at the time it did not seem possible with my university requiring a minor in mathematics for the bachelor of science computer science degree and that I also had to minor in leadership studies, as I am a part of the leadership program. While abroad my fall semester of junior year, I took my first creative writing class. Quickly, I decided that I wanted more education in writing, as it has always been a passion for me but I didn't think it was a possibility for me. I realized that I did'd need to sacrifice anything; that I had time to add a writing minor and still graduate early. It was then that I learned that you don't have to choose between passion and aptitude. I could pursue both my aptitude, and general fondness, for computer science, as well as my passion and drive for writing.

Since I was young, practically since I could read and write, I have had a passion for writing. I love creating short stories, poems, and novel drafts. I also greatly enjoy journaling! I am drafting plans on creating a personal, life style blog from my journaling to share past experiences and potentially connect with others. I am super excited for my future in writing, from the novels I am currently working on to my future blog launching!
